Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked. If Lunchbox isn't right for you, for any reason, you can have a full refund within 14 days of buying it, including any tax you paid.

How to ask

Reply to the email your license came in, or write to [email protected] from the address you bought with. You don't need to give a reason. We refund to your original payment method, usually within a couple of business days; your bank may take 5 to 10 more to show it.

Bought it twice by mistake?

One license covers all your own Macs, so you never need two. Tell us and we'll refund the extra one, whenever you notice.

After a refund

The refunded license stops working. Lunchbox checks for refunded licenses about once a week, and pauses tiling once it finds its own. If you buy again later, enter the new license.

EU and UK buyers

Your legal right to cancel a digital purchase ends once it's delivered, if you agreed to that at checkout. This policy gives you 14 days to change your mind anyway.
